Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 9 tbsp. chia gel (or 3 eggs, beaten)
  • 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. tomato juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced

Sauté veggies, combine all ingredients, place in oiled loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 45-60 mins.
